- 6 tbsp. Bistro Blends Extra-Virgin Olive Oil with Meyer Lemon
- 2 tbsp. Bistro Blends Blackberry Balsamic
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 c. arugula
- Shaved Parmesan, for garnish
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, lightly dress arugula, then top with Parmesan.
