Filet Mignons with Heirloom Balsamic & White Truffle Oil
- Sprinkle steaks generously with salt & pepper.
- Coat the bottom of a large heavy frying pan with Bistro Blends California Olive Oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to desired doneness (3-5 mins. on each side).
- Transfer to a platter and let rest, tented with aluminum foil.
- To serve, transfer the steaks to individual plates, top with Bistro Blends Heirloom Balsamic, and Drizzle with a small amount of Bistro Blends Gluten Free White Truffle Oil.
