When you place an order with Bistro Blends NV, we forward your order to the distributor in your region - this allows us to keep your shipping rates as low as possible and your shipping time as quick as possible.
We will ship all orders within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the order. We have no control over the freight carrier, therefore once the product is picked up by the carrier, the responsibility passes to you via the carrier. Any damage to the product or any late delivery incident must be addressed to the carrier directly.
Please note that we have to add an extra $6.00 to orders shipped to Canada or Alaska.

While Bistro Blends, inc. makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, Bistro Blends, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, a $20 intercept fee will apply.
Please note that Bistro Blends, Inc. has no control over the shipping company and is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If you require signature to receive your shipment, please indicate it on the Notes section of your order. Repeated attempts will be made to your shipping address.
If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact FedEx to make alternate arrangements. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If you decide to return a purchased product, shipping charges are not refundable.
