Crockpot Raspberry Balsamic Meatballs



· 2 lb. package of frozen meatballs

· 3-5 tablespoons of Bistro Blends Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

· 1-1.5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

· 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated or minced



· 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

· Sliced green onions, for garnish

· Sesame seeds, for garnish

· 1 cup raspberry preserves if a stronger raspberry flavor is  desired, plus 1-2 tablespoons sugar



· Spray crockpot with a non-stick spray

· Add ingredients listed above (minus ginger), (plus raspberry preserves/sugar if you desire), stir

      together using whisk if need be

· Once combined, remove 1/2 cup of mixture and set aside

· Add meatballs, stir till coated (frozen is okay)

· Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2.5 hours

· Remove lid, add ginger and sauce that was set aside, turn on high for 15-20 minutes

· Garnish with green onions/sesame seeds

Easy Fish / Seafood Marinade



Thawed lobster, fish or shrimp

1/2 to 1 cup Bistro Blends Basil Garlic Parmesan Oil

Other seasonings, as desired



1. Take thawed seafood, place in container or zip lock bag

2. Pour in Bistro Blends Basil Garlic Parmesan Oil

3. Let marinate overnight (for lobster) or about 4 hours for fish/shrimp, rotating half way through for even marinating

4. Take out, grill as desired (skewer shrimp or place lobster / fish in foil bag (with some of the oil) and steam) basting with Bistro Blends Basil Garlic Parmesan Oil as needed; Add other seasonings if desired

5. Serve and enjoy!

This recipe can be served over rice as a main dish or with toothpicks as            appetizers
