Yield: Serves 6-8
- ½ # Fresh Green Beans, trimmed and blanched
- 1 # Beefsteak Tomatoes, small wedges
- 3 Tbs. Bistro Blends Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Clove Garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Anchovy Fillet, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. Bistro Blends Meyer Lemon Oil
- Make Dressing;
- Add Bistro Blends Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, and anchovy in a large salad bowl and begin whisking.
- While continuing to whisk, slowly add Bistro Blends Meyer Lemon Oil.
2. Toss green beans and tomatoes in with dressing; blend, coating the beans and tomatoes well with the dressing.
3. Cover and refrigerate until serving
